Shambhala Meditation Center of Albany relies largely upon the generosity of the community to sustain its operations. Those operations - quite simply - are to provide a suitable space for all people to practice meditation and study the Dharma. Over the years many people have visited Shambhala Meditation Center; some for one evening; others for a life time. Meditation and the Dharma provide us with training to cultivate peace, wisdom and compassion. Please help us continue our offerings and to continue our policy of allowing all people to attend our programs regardless of ability to pay.
